Built to last is more than just a soundbite for us. At Rose and Rebellion we aim to make good on our promise. Our belief in sustainable products drives us to make carriers we hope you will pass down to future generations of your family.

We are proud to offer a lifetime warranty to the original owner of any of our carries sold through either Rose and Rebellion Ltd or any of our trusted retailers worldwide for as long as we continue to make the very best carriers available.

We guarantee to repair or replace any defective components of your carrier that may occur naturally through your products lifetime and that have occurred when used as described and in-line with your carriers included instructions. Such defects will be honoured so long as the products use does not deviate from its intended use.

In the event of a warranty claim the product must be returned to Rose and Rebellion for an evaluation in order to determine whether the claim is valid.

This warranty will not cover any damage that may occur through the following;

• Loss or theft of your product.
• Accidental damage 
• Misuse or neglect of your product, including normal wear and tear that occurs naturally over time such as fading of fabric through extended use and washing.
• Disassembly, modification or repair of your product from an un-authorised source.
• Damage caused by liquid or staining to the product.

This warranty is valid only to the original owner, and any claim must be accompanied with a printed valid proof of purchase, either directly from www.roseandrebellion.com or from any of our trusted retail partners. Such proof of purchase must include a printed email receipt from your original purchase showing the name of the party wishing to make a claim.

Whilst repairs and replacement components are free of charge in valid warranty claims it is the responsibility of the claimee to cover any shipping costs incurred during the claim process. This includes both the initial shipping to Rose and Rebellion and the additional return shipping.
